Hey guys, is there anything on the site that you think could be better? Or is there a funciton or something that we don't have that you would like to see added?

How about that C-Box like we had on DF? Would that work here?
That was pretty handy for chit chat and letting folks know you had posted during a live sim with several members on board at the same time.

That is a good idea. Ill check into it. But I probably wont be able to do anything about it till I get back to the house.

It would be nice to put time stamps somewhere on posts, in the title or at the beginning of the post, so we can stay close to the same time line...

Ive been trying to specify days and time of the day at the start of an important event. But I reckon that i can put them at the top of my posts. Though yall dont have to stay in time with me till ya actually make it to the ranch. _m intentionally trying to stay ahead of yall so you know whats happening with the attack.

Trust me I know how multiple threads can get confusing, and I hate how we kinda have to do that right now. But that will stop when we all get to the ranch. at that point we will all be in the same thread.

So, when we all get to Paul's place we're going to all post in the same thread? What about if a group of us go out to find supplies and there is still some of us at the house posting? Yeah I know I could have just looked over at ya and asked. But thought maybe someone else might be wondering this too, and it gave me a chance to pad my post count.

Great, you are one of those guys.

Yeah, we will all be in one thread even if some of us go out and about. It really isnt that confusing. When yall change your location ya just put that location at the top of your post, that way everyone knows you are not available for RP.

Example.

Lowes.

Ok the C box is up. Be advised. We may get some spam for a few days. That happened on my last forum. Generally it is only two or three bots, and once I get em banned they are no longer a problem.

This is the free version of the Cbox. So it does not automatically refresh. You will have to click the refresh button on the cbox itself to see if anyone has written anything new.

Ok, so I found a cbox option on the site itself. Good thing = it has an auto refresh option.

Bad thing = You are not automatically logged in to it, and if you time out you no longer see what folks wrote while you were logged out.

I personally like this better, and would suggest just using it for live RPs when you and the person you are RPing with are online at the same time. Idle chit chat should probably be done in a thread so no one misses out on anything.

But if you guys want I can go back to the other Cbox.

Edit: Never mind, if you click on archives it will show you what you missed.
