Game Synopsis

Alright. Basically there is going to be a biological attack that is going to wipe out a majority of the world population. With any disease there is going to be a small percentage of the population that has a natural immunity. We are going to be those that survive. Though there may be some people that were so isolated that they were never touched by the attack. But be careful. If you choose to be someone who is not immune, just never got infected, there may be a chance that you are infected and die later on in the game.

Along with this Not everyone in your family will be immune. So say you are a married man and you have two kids. If you are immune, then you may have passed this immunity on to one or both of your children. But the odds that your wife is also immune are slim. I figure that only one or two percent of the world population will be immune. This percentage will also play a part in how many people you run into on your travels that eventually lead you to the ranch. If you are living in a small town of 20,000 people then you and your son might be the only people left alive. In the reverse, if you start out in a major city, you may run into hundreds of people. So be mindful and play accordingly.

The Ranch, or farm house is going to be set in SE Iowa.

The how and the why of the biological attack really is not important right now. What is important is building your character's personality, and setting the story for their survival. I will worry about the how and the why of the attack as it progresses.
